How do I pay my bill?

The billing office is no longer accepting payments of any kind in person. You can pay your bill in the following ways. 

Online/Mobile: Online/Mobile: Pay using your credit or debit card, eCheck, Google Pay, Apple Pay. Use your smartphone by scanning the QR code on the back of your bill or by clicking the Access Your Account to go to your account. Visit Guest Pay to pay on multiple accounts or without login credentials.

Cash: You can pay your bill using cash at no additional cost using the PayNearMe network at a participating 7-11, CVS, Family Dollar, Walmart or Walgreens. Pre-Authorized Payments: Update your existing information or set up new recurring payments from your checking or savings account by completing the Automatic Payments Form.

Telephone: Call the billing services office at 248-858-1110 and press Option 1 to make an automated payment or Option 4 to make a payment with an agent.

Mail: Make checks payable to OCWRC and mail to our office at the address below:
