Facilities Management oversees the construction, management, and operation of the facilities and properties owned and operated by the Oakland County General Fund, as well as the county vehicle fleet. It oversees the activities of the Facilities Maintenance and Operations Division, the Facilities Planning & Engineering Division, and the Support Services Division.

To continuously ensure that all facilities, grounds, and vehicle fleet are operated on behalf of the County Executive and the other County elected officials in accordance with the highest standards and best practices of both the public and private sector, within the constraints of available resources, to support a safe, secure, effective, and professional physical environment for the employees and citizens of Oakland County.
