Some offenses by law are waivable when the violation is corrected within 14 days. The ticket will not be dismissed, but the fines and costs will be waived.

By correcting the violations listed below and presenting the citation to any law enforcement officer to certify the correction, the fines and cost may be waived. The citation must then be mailed or presented to the 48th District court within 14 days of the citation issue date.

If certification is not obtained from a law enforcement officer and presented to the Court within 14 days, the following fine schedule will apply.
