Public Access to Virtual Courtroom Proceedings
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the 52nd District Court will conduct hearings via Zoom videoconference when possible. Participants will receive detailed Zoom videoconference instructions from the court or their attorney prior to the hearing.
At this time, courtrooms are open to the public to watch both in-person and remote proceedings. In limited circumstances, remote proceedings will be streamed online. At no time may a court proceedings be recorded or reproduced without the express written permission from the judge of record. If you have questions on how to watch a specific proceeding, please call the court for details.
