Tom Raguso has been a 52-2 District Court Magistrate since 1998. His undergraduate degree is from Michigan State University and JD degree from Wayne State University.

Magistrate Chiappelli was appointed as a Magistrate in 2005. Ms. Chiappelli received her Bachelor of Social Work degree from Wayne State University and her Juris Doctorate at the University of Detroit Mercy, School of Law. Ms. Chiappelli began her legal career at the Oakland County Prosecutor's Office. During her tenure she served as an Assistant Prosecutor in the Warrants, District, Juvenile, and Circuit Court Divisions. Subsequent to her service as an Assistant Prosecutor she entered into private practice and practiced in the area of Criminal Defense. She is an active member of the State Bar of Michigan.

Daniel Schouman was appointed Magistrate in 2013. In addition to serving as magistrate, Mr. Schouman operates a law firm in Walled Lake, Michigan. His firm represents individuals and corporations in multiple areas of law including commercial litigation, probate, personal injury, business, criminal, and family law. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the Oakland County Bar Association, Michigan Association of District Court Magistrates, and is admitted to practice in all Michigan State Courts and the Federal Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan. Mr. Schouman has also been admitted pro hac vice in State and Federal Courts outside of Michigan and has litigated matters in Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Florida and Minnesota. He is a graduate of Xavier University and the University of Detroit School of Law.
