You can apply for a passport by making an appointment with our office to appear before a passport acceptance agent.

The Passport Wizard will assist you with selecting the correct forms for your needs. The forms can be completed online, printed and brought to your appointment. (recommended)

Passport application fee must be paid with check or money order made payable to the U.S. Department of State.

The fees listed below are paid directly to the Oakland County Elections office by Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, and Cash.
