Oakland County offers Short-Term and Long-Term Disability, administered through UNUM, at no cost to the employee. You become eligible for this benefit after completing six (6) consecutive months of full-time County service. Your disability plans provide for replacement of 60% of your salary at the time of disability. Please see the documents, forms and FAQ below for further information.
