Storm Damage Self-Reporting
If you have experienced damage to your property such as water damage, a flooded basement, or have observed damage to your street due to the recent storms that occurred from Aug 22-25, 2023, please let us know using the Storm Damage Self-Reporting Tool.
This is a self-report tool, not 911. If there is an immediate, life-threatening need, please call 911. Submitting a damage report is not an application for financial assistance. This is a data collection tool to allow us to assess storm damage.
Please use the form below to report storm damage to your home or business.
